Initiatives

Different systems. A recurring concern with the information and infrastructure between participants.

01 / Primary company

Nataraja Labs

A house of data, intelligence & architecture.

An enterprise already holds much of the knowledge it needs, across documents, people, business rules and operational systems. Making that knowledge usable requires an architecture that understands how the organisation actually functions.

Nataraja Labs develops intelligence systems around that proprietary reality. The House Model is the organising idea: company-specific intelligence connecting institutional knowledge, retrieval, business logic and operational workflows.

Permissions, provenance and audit belong inside that architecture. The aim is for intelligence to become part of the organisation’s infrastructure. Nataraja Labs also provides the setting in which products such as askTender are being developed.

02 / Product in development

askTender

One company profile. Every government market.

askTender began after I registered Nataraja Labs on India’s Government e-Marketplace to pursue government contracts. Finding opportunities exposed a harder question: could the company actually participate?

Eligibility depends on registrations, experience, certifications, turnover, guarantees and jurisdiction. A capable supplier can still be excluded or struggle to understand what it needs to change.

The platform is being developed around a company profile that can be mapped against public-sector demand. Its intended sequence is simple: find an opportunity, read the requirements, qualify, address gaps and submit. The larger possibility is helping capable companies become government suppliers for the first time.

03 / Architecture in development

Medini

A property persists. The rights and capital around it change.

Property underlies housing, collateral, industry and capital formation. Yet information about the same asset is repeatedly fragmented across transactions, institutions and legal records.

Medini is being developed around a persistent Property Object. The physical property, the rights attached to it and the financial instruments around it remain distinct, while sharing a common reference.

The architecture connects evidence, legal state, economics and provenance across buying, borrowing and investment. Its guiding principle is global semantics, local law. Authoritative records and AI inference remain separate. Development centres on this architecture; the full buying, borrowing and investment system remains an intended direction.

04 / Research institution in development

Nataraja Labs Research Foundation

Questions whose scope extends beyond a commercial product.

The Foundation is intended as an interdisciplinary home for questions that need a longer horizon: how institutions evolve, how technology changes power and coordination, and how human civilisation responds to disruption.

Its proposed scope includes India’s long-term trajectory, artificial intelligence, governance and civilisational risk, alongside philosophy, mathematics, physics and computation.

Its intended role is to support inquiry whose timescale extends beyond a product cycle, with room for questions that cross disciplinary boundaries.
